Space planning. Modeling. Visualization.

Where Ideas
Take Shape.

Plan your space with confidence.

3D Modeling, Rendering, Reality Capture & Design Intent Drawings.

Raydon Concepts turns existing spaces and new ideas into clear models, compelling visuals, and practical 2D drawings. We help architects, designers, property owners, and event teams explore options, coordinate details, and make informed decisions.

Selected work

Different spaces.
A clearer perspective.

A model makes an idea tangible. Visualization helps you understand how the whole space comes together.

A sunlit bedroom with a globe pendant, natural wood furniture, textured bedding, and a large window overlooking palms.

Interiors

A garden pavilion with a slatted wood ceiling, stone outdoor kitchen, shaded dining, and lush surrounding landscape.

Outdoor Living

A street view of contemporary commercial buildings with broad roof overhangs, palm trees, a pedestrian passage, and a circular sculpture.

Commercial

Brandon Ray Henderson
Principal & Creative Director

We provide strategic assurance so you can make informed decisions about your space.

Our space planning, 3D modeling, and visualization make layouts and design options easier to understand. Based in La Quinta, we work with clients in Palm Springs, Palm Desert, Rancho Mirage, Indian Wells, and across the Coachella Valley and beyond.

Space Scanning & Planning

Start with a clear understanding of the space. Capture existing conditions, test layouts, and refine how people move between rooms and outdoor areas before committing to a design.

SketchUp Modeling for Your Workflow

Turn ideas and site data into organized, editable SketchUp models. Explore design options, coordinate details, and keep the model useful as the project evolves. Models can also be optimized for Revit, Vectorworks, 3ds Max, and Rhino.

Architectural & Interior Renderings

See how the design comes together before it is built. Compare materials, lighting, and atmosphere through detailed still images and animation that help clients understand the proposal and make confident decisions.

Grounded in the real space

Better information
means better models.

A useful model starts with a clear picture of what’s already there. Through Drone Scope Mapping, co-founded by Brandon Ray Henderson, we document existing spaces and turn scan data into models optimized for your workflow, including Revit, Vectorworks, 3ds Max, Rhino, and SketchUp.

Raydon Concepts Design Suite

Build bigger dreams
with better tools.

Born from the work. Built for SketchUp.

Practitioner-designed SketchUp tools shaped by years of project experience. Built to address the recurring pain points we know firsthand.

The free utilities in this suite are my contribution to the SketchUp community, built to make everyday modeling a little easier.

The principles behind the suite.

Parametric power. Configurable control.

Start with a few native drawing tools. Set dimensions, choose options, and let the tool build the geometry. Explore alternatives through simple, configurable controls.

Preserve the intent.

Keep the recipe behind the shape. Revisit a design, recover the choices that shaped it, and make revisions without rebuilding from scratch.

Communicate the design.

Bring model views, dimensions, specifications, and quantities into clear design-intent documentation. Help clients understand the proposal and collaborators carry the work forward.
